Legal and Ethical Issues

As the story and characters are all unique and have not been copied I believe that I will have no legal trouble with idea infringement. I also plan on using royalty free music and crediting the creators at the end of my film. I will also get permission to use the voice actors through my animation so that it will be legal.

I will be able to gain clearance from the BBFC with the film gaining a 12 or 15 rating due to dark themes and off-screen violence from the ending of the film. I believe that the film would be more likely to be a 15 due to the darker tone of the film. My content does not break the law although it may cause offense to the families or friends of those who have committed suicide in the past, because of this I am not showing the hanging but placing it out of shot.I will get permission to use the voice actors in my film by the time i have recorded the lines.

All audio I have used in my animation I have either recorded myself or have sourced online ensuring that it is royalty free meaning I am free to use it.
